Vacation Bible School FAQ

Here are some answers to common questions about VBS.

A potty-trained 3 year old is the youngest age that is allowed to register.

There will be four age groups: PreK-Kindergarten, 1st-2nd Grade, 3rd-4th Grade, 5th-6th Grade. You class is determined by the grade you will be going into in the fall of 2025. 

VBS will open each morning with an assembly. Then each class will split off to their assigned classes. Each age group will participate in Game Time, Craft Time, Bible Lesson Time, and Bible Memory Time. There will be a snack served after the class rotations and a final closing assembly as the students are dismissed to be picked up by their parents.

Here are some answers to common questions about HCYR25

This year, the Youth Rally will take place Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM. 

All students, 6th-12th grade, are welcome to attend the Hot City Youth Rally. 

Yes! There will be a lunch served both days of the Youth Rally. 

Not at all. This is for all teenagers to attend.
